Cancellation and Return / Refund Process
For an easier return and cancellation process, please carefully keep any invoice, product accessory, and packaging you have received from us.
Please note, any returned product will be inspected based on the conditions stated below and once your claim is accepted we will contact you in 7 days to make a refund.
I want to cancel my order, what shall I do?
You can cancel your order by calling our hotline or writing to our contact emails. For orders that have already been shipped, we kindly ask you to follow the return process.
How can I return a product I have already received?
Any returns must include the specific invoice, product accessories, and original box or packaging. To start the process, please call our hotline or contact us by email. You may return any product free-of-charge through Aras Kargo, our contracted cargo company. Returns sent through a different cargo company will not be accepted.
Until when can I return the product?
You may return any purchased product within 14 days upon receipt of our shipment.
